On-site shredding
With our mobile shredding service, Shred City Inc. will come to your premises at a date and time that suits you. Our trucks are fitted with the latest onsite paper shredding systems where we will quickly and carefully shred your papers and documents. You can even monitor our shredding service through our truck’s video camera surveillance. Once we have completed your data shredding job we will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction.
Off-site shredding
Off-site shredding provides a more cost-effective solution, but is just as safe and secure. With this service, our trained staff member collects your paper documents in boxes or bins from your premises. They are then transported in our own vaulted and locked trucks to the Shred City Inc. secure shredding facility. On arrival, your documents will be safely stored and destroyed the same day using our state of the art shredding systems. Again, once your data shredding work has been fully completed we will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction.
Drop-offs
The third paper shredder service we offer is at Shred City Inc’s own secure shredding drop-off location. This is an easy and ideal solution if you only have a few boxes of paper or documents, but still want a confidential shredding service. Simply make an appointment with us convenient to you, bring your boxes to our location, and witness us undertake your data shredding.
With all of our document and paper shredder services we make it even easier for you! There’s no need to remove paper clips, staples, fasteners, or rubber bands from your documents as all of our shredding equipment is robust enough to dispose of these as well.
